week 13 reading reflection

week 13

1. The word "due diligence" stood out to me because I have heard my dad talk to me about this concept several times. However, I did not know much about evaluating a company to sell it which I now have more information about. 

2. The tables sort of confused me with their abundance of information. It would have been easier to follow along if they had been more concise.

3. I would ask the author for examples on how to negotiate the sale of the company under certain circumstances. Is it often that people back out of a sale of their company even at a great offer?

4.  I do not disagree with the author on anything.
